The editor is in is a series of 12 episodes in live-action and animation, exploring the characters and background that created the myth of Sergio Bonelli Editore. During the episodes human beings and paper comics coexist. The protagonists of the comics have their own lives, they are aware of their popularity and the professional demands that need to be met in order for a new issue of the comic to come out in the newsagents every month.
