Il Sindaco – Storia di un’utopia realizzata

The film is about the Mayor of Bologna from the post Word War Two period to 1966, who headed the reconstruction and the city’s urban development. The re-enactment of Giuseppe Dozza’s human and political events is entrusted to actor Ivano Marescotti, who goes through the city’s locations that saw Dozza as Mayor. Images and films of the times are interspersed all through the narration .
