Cineteca di Rimini
Founded in 1987, documents and promotes film culture, in particular that of Rimini.
It holds about 9,000, titles in video tapes and DVDs, a specialized library with more than 15,000 volumes, a collection of posters and playbills, a collection of photos, about a hundred national and international magazines and a collection of 35 and 16 millimetres films. The books can be loaned by the public; magazines, videotapes and DVDs are available only for consultation.
It has 12 stations, 6 multi-media, for consultation of the material and one screening room (94 seats) for DCP films, 16 and 35mm films and videos in formats Blu-Ray DVD, MiniDV, Beta.
